not quite as good, as the crew did not seem to have sailing skills. The trip that should have taken 2 hours, took over 4, and we arrived in complete darkness on Ibo. However, we did hear from the crew a statement that in our point of view characterizes Mozambique surprisingly well: After rowing with the only row on the dhow for over an hour and trying to row with a stick they used in shallow water (it was to deep at that point), Victoria raised the question of why they don't use the sail and wind to help us get near the island - the response was "muito trabalho" - which means it is too much work (to put the sail correctly)!!
